Discount code policy
To enhance your shopping experience, we occasionally offer discount codes that can be applied to your orders. Please note the following rules for using discount codes at ALOA The Label:
- Single Use: Discount codes are typically single-use and can only be applied once per customer and order, unless otherwise stated.
- Expiry Date: All discount codes have an expiry date. Please ensure you use your discount code before it expires, as expired codes cannot be reactivated.
- Minimum Purchase: Some discount codes may require a minimum purchase amount to be eligible.Please check the terms and conditions of the specific discount code for details.
- Exclusions: Discount codes may not be applicable to all products or categories. Certain items, such as sale items or special collections, may be excluded from discount promotions.
- Combination: Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
- Errors: If you experience any issues applying your discount code, please contact our customer support team before completing your purchase.
- Returns and Exchanges: If you return items purchased with a discount code, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount applied. Discount codes used for exchanged items may not be reissued.

Order
How can I track my order?
The tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your dispatch email with the tracking information for your order, you can contact us via our Contact Us page.
You can track your parcel through our carriers:
Damaged orders
If your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
Haven't Received Your Order?
If your order has been shipped but not received by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@aloalabel.com, and we will investigate with the carrier.
In some cases, delays may occur with the carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at hello@aloalabel.com.
If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may need to wait until you receive the package and then initiate a return process.
If there is an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or size, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
It can take up to 7 business days from when we process the refund for the money to appear in your account.
Received the wrong item?
If you have received the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.
Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you did not receive
- The incorrect item you received
- A clear photograph of the incorrect item
Once you have provided this information, our Customer support will be more than happy to resolve the issue for you.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery within Norway
- Bring/Posten: Delivery to your mailbox or the nearest pick-up point.
- PostNord: Delivery to the nearest pick-up point.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. At checkout, you are free to choose your preferred delivery option. We use both PostNord and Posten/Bring.
International Delivery
At ALOA The Label, we ship to Europe (including Turkey, excluding Belarus and Russia) and the USA. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Oslo, Norway.
Shipping Partners
All shipments are handled by Norway’s national postal service, Posten/Bring, whose network partners ensure reliable delivery in your destination country.
Shipping Fees
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders above €100.
• Below Threshold: For orders under €100, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Please Note: Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and may vary based on your destination, and are the customer's responsibility.
Import Duty Thresholds
Orders (including shipping) totaling less than the following thresholds are exempt from import duties. VAT and handling fees may still apply according to your destination country’s policies. These figures are provided as a guideline; please check with your local customs authority for the most updated information.

• UK: £135 (approx. €150)
• USA: $800 (approx. €770)
• Switzerland: CHF 300 (approx. €320)
Estimated Delivery Times
We process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of placement.
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA & Other International Destinations: 5–9 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary, and delays can occur during customs processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Pre-Order Shipping
Items available for pre-order will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our facility. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship immediately unless the pre-order items are expected within 4 business days—in which case, we may consolidate your shipment.
What Happens If I Don't Collect My Package?
If your package is not collected within the carrier’s designated timeframe, it will be returned to us. To arrange re-shipment, please contact us at hello@aloalabel.com. Please note that you will be charged for the re-shipping cost—even if your original order qualified for free shipping. No additional handling fees will be applied.
Order Confirmation and Shipping Notification
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Subsequently, you will receive a second email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours.

Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been shipped, it is generally not possible to change the delivery address due to carrier policies. We encourage you to double-check your address details before finalizing your order. If you realize that an error has been made and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
If the order has been shipped, we will contact our carrier, but we can't guarantee that we will be able to change the delivery address. In some cases, carriers may offer redirection services for an additional fee. For more information or assistance, please contact us at hello@aloalabel.com
Returns and exchanges
How do I return an Item?
For Returns Within Norway
For easy and smooth returns, please use our return form to get started. Once you complete the form, you can choose between a refund and an exchange for your product(s). For all domestic returns, we use PostNord—returns are made simple with a QR code that you present at your nearest PostNord drop‑off location. If, for any reason, you do not wish to use our return form, you may also send us a return request at hello@aloalabel.com.
Important: When returning an item in the same packaging, remove the old shipping label or cover it completely with the new one.
For Returns Outside Norway
For international orders, please contact us at hello@aloalabel.com for detailed return instructions. Please note that international return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and you must arrange and cover the cost of the return.
As with domestic returns, be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels if you are using the original packaging.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
You will receive an email once our warehouse has received your return. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account from the time we process the credit.
Return and Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
Return Policy
30-Day Returns & Right of Withdrawal
All orders are covered by our 30-day return policy. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received the last item to initiate a return. This policy is in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, which applies to orders shipped from Norway and ensures your consumer rights.
Domestic Returns
For domestic returns (orders within Norway), if you choose to use our return form, a return shipping fee of 7 EUR will be deducted from your refund for returns that are not exchanges. If you arrange your own return shipment, no fee will be deducted; however, you are responsible for ensuring that the package reaches our warehouse. We recommend using tracked shipping when returning an item at your own expense.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside Norway, we do not offer a pre-booked return shipment. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@aloalabel.com to request a return. We will provide you with the necessary shipping details, but you must arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself. You are responsible for ensuring that the package safely reaches our warehouse. Please note that local shipping regulations and customs requirements may affect your return process.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges (Within Norway)
We make exchanges simple and hassle‑free. If you opt to exchange your product rather than return it for a refund, we will issue you a gift card that covers the full value of the product. Return shipping is free when you choose an exchange. Simply follow the instructions on our return form to select the exchange option, and you'll receive your gift card promptly.
For International Orders
Please note that exchanges are not available for international orders. If you are located outside Norway, you may return the product; however, standard return shipping fees will apply.

Restock times can vary depending on the product. For updates on restocks, we recommend signing up for our newsletter and following us on social media. You’ll be the first to know when your favorite items are back in stock.
